Prices in euro are for person for night, and including breakfast.
A minimum stay of two nights is required.
The reservation becomes effective only upon the receipt of the advance of 20% of the total amount.
The balance of the total amount will be paid on arrival at the B&B.
High season is considered also the period of Easter.

You can request information or reserve an accommodation by sending us an e-mail, by filling out the on-line reservation form in the booking section of the website or by phone.
If the accommodation is available and if you accept our proposal and want to confirm you booking, you'll need to pay the deposit within 48 hours (see Payments).
A nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of your accommodation must be paid in advance by bank transfers, cash or international money orders.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you an email with the confirmation of your booking.
The balance of the total amount will be paid, directly at the B&B, on the day of your arrival.
Should your arrival time be delayed for any reason, kindly contact directly the B&B.
Rates are expressed in euro and are daily prices and always include providing of bed linen (changed every 5 days) and bath towels (changed every 2 days), services and utilities (electricity, water, gas), taxes and daily cleaning services.
Should you be forced to cancel a reservation for any reason and at any moment after the booking confirmation, the following is our cancellation policy, to be accepted at the reservation time:
up to 20 days from the starting date of your stay you pay the 20% of the total amount;
from 19 to 8 days from the starting date of your stay you pay the 30% of the total amount;
from 7 to 4 days from the starting date of your stay you pay the 50% of the total amount;
from 3 days from the starting date of your stay you pay the 100% of the total amount;
Our B&B reserves the right, after the booking confirmation, in the case of major problem, resulting in the property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar/better standard and sleeping capacity.
We will contact you immediately and offer you an equivalent/better alternative.
If you decide not to accept it, or if we are unable to find alternative solutions, we will refund the full deposit of 20%.
Kindly we have to know in advance the time of your arrival for the check-in.
Check-in is generally after 13.00.
For early arrivals, provided that you have contacted your host and that the accommodation is available earlier, you may arrange early check-ins or leave your luggage until the accommodation is ready.
Please contact the host a few days before your arrival to inform him of your estimated arrival time.
Check-out is no later than 11 o'clock of the departure day.
Late departures may also be arranged in advance with the host if the apartment is available.
